We are able to provide assistance to those that live in Belleville, IL or Swansea, IL only. For rent or utility assistance in another city, please call for a referral.

Call for Help’s programs are government-funded. Therefore, we adhere to strict guidelines and assistance is determined on a case-by-case basis.
