Crisis Counseling and 24-hour hotlines—phone response 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, by trained volunteers and professional staff for those who are suicidal, in a crisis or want to discuss other issues.

—offers counseling and medical and legal advocacy to children and adult victims of sexual assault/abuse and their significant others.  Satellite offices in East St. Louis and Granite City, IL.

—housing for homeless women and their young children is offered year round.  Women can stay up to two years while participating in employment, education, and training programs geared to help them become self-sufficient.

—housing for 16 men and 6 women who are in a mental crisis, participants attend therapeutic and treatment programs in order to develop the life skills they need to live independently.

—offers a computerized service with information on resources in the community, including area food and clothing pantries, shelters, medication assistance, and when funds are available, assistance with rent and utilities.
